The u-16s finished the season in 5th position, just a single point behind Glenravel and the semi-finals. After a slow start to the year they deserve tremendous credit for even being incontention for the top 4 as well as playing some of the nicest football alonig the way. Good luck to Dermot, Peter, Decky and Kelvin in minors next year and I hope everyelse will be back next year for a craic at the league and Breslin Cup.

In reply to SPECTATOR, when you come back from the pub and you want to complain about our team and players please use spell checker.

Reply : The confidence shown by the management towards the team and panel was justified by the result - and the performance. They know that they have the full support of the Club Officers & Committee!

The u-16s beat Rasharkin last night down in Rasharkin by 0-9 to 2-13. It was a hard hitting match and some nice football was played. This results should all but assure the boys a semi final place.

Reply : I had the pleasure of watching this match and I was very impressed with the team. They were generally much smaller than the opposition but they were much more skilful and accurate. Well done to all concerned.
